Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Guest Services Specialist for a private luxury wellness club in Melbourne. You will be the voice of the club, handling premium member inquiries by phone, text and email with a polished, discreet approach.

Training is provided on site at the clubs, followed by ongoing support from your Team Leader. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week, a shift pattern from 11:00am to 7:00pm, and a chance to work from our Chapel Street office in South Yarra.

Qualifications

• At least two years in a client-facing luxury hospitality role, such as hotel guest services, concierge, front office, a private members club, premium retail or fine dining
• A warm, natural voice and the confidence to hold an unscripted conversation with high-profile members
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Polished presentation, tone and manner
• The right to work in Australia, and consent to background and reference checks

• Reconnect with members whose visits have lapsed and welcome renewals

Our client is a leader in premium service. Its high-end members expect white glove care and a club that knows them by name. As a Member Experience Specialist with Acquire Intelligence you are the voice they hear when the club reaches out.

Your days are personalised check-in calls. You will reconnect with members whose visits have lapsed, welcome those approaching renewal and look after anyone who needs a hand with payments, always in the club's tone. You will learn what matters to each member, and share feedback with the club.
