Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is recruiting a Guest Service Supervisor for a private luxury wellness club in Melbourne. You will lead two Member Experience Specialists, spend regular time on site, and uphold white-glove, high-touch service for top-tier members.

You will make direct member calls, coach the team, and provide insights and reporting to club leadership. The role emphasizes leadership, discretion, and polished communication, with a standard 38-hour work week and 11:00am–7:00pm call windows,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality, wellness or private member club.
• At least 1 year leading or supervising a team.
• Ability to coach and give constructive feedback.
• Strong presence on the phone and in writing, and reporting accuracy.
• Right to work in Australia and willingness to undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Member Experience Specialists and provide coaching.
• Spend regular time on site at the clubs and be the face of the program.
• Make member calls and ensure high standards of service.
• Deliver insights and reporting to the club leadership.
