Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, Melbourne-based, is seeking a Guest Services Specialist for its Luxury Wellness division. The role focuses on premium member care by phone, with on-site training at the clubs and a voice that reflects white-glove service.

Responsibilities include personal check-in calls, re-engaging lapsed visits, assisting with payments, and relaying member insights to the club. On-site, full-time, 38 hours per week, 11:00am–7:00pm, Chapel Street, South Yarra.

Qualifications

• Two years in a client-facing luxury hospitality role (e.g., hotel guest services, concierge, front office, private members club, premium retail, or fine dining).
• Strong, natural voice and ability to carry unscripted conversations with high-profile members.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised check-in calls with top-tier members.
• Reconnect with members whose visits have lapsed and welcome renewals.
• Assist members with payments and account questions, maintaining club tone.
• Gather insights from member interactions and share feedback with the club.
