Crown Resorts Limited, Crown Sydney, is seeking an experienced Hotel Duty Manager to lead the Front Office team. You will drive seamless operations, uphold premium service standards and empower a dedicated staff to deliver memorable guest experiences across a 24/7 roster.

As a senior operations leader, you’ll manage VIP arrivals, resolve complex guest matters, and foster cross‑functional collaboration to maintain world‑class service in a luxury destination.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a luxury hotel or integrated resort.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong business acumen balancing guest satisfaction with ops performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead calmly in a dynamic, high-profile setting.
