Job summary

Crown Sydney, part of Crown Resorts, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead a luxury Front Office team within our iconic Sydney property. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor staff to uphold premium service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager or equivalent leadership role in a hotel environment.
• Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences in luxury hospitality.
• Ability to lead teams and drive guest satisfaction across a 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Front Office team to deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences.
• Drive smooth and efficient Front Office operations across all shifts.
• Act as the first point of escalation for guest concerns and service recovery.
• Create memorable guest interactions and exceed expectations through personalised service.
• Monitor room inventory and availability to maximise guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Conduct daily team briefings and communicate key priorities.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to Crown’s luxury standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Housekeeping and Hotel Ops teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
