You’ll be:

• Leading hotel operations during your shift, ensuring every guest interaction reflects Crown Sydney's premium service standards
• Serving as the senior escalation point for guest matters, delivering thoughtful, personalised and effective resolutions
• Creating memorable experiences for guests, including VIPs, premium clientele and special occasion stays
• Building strong relationships across the hotel, fostering collaboration and service excellence between operational teams
• Driving operational performance through proactive decision‑making, attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Maintaining a visible leadership presence throughout the property, coaching and supporting teams to deliver their very best
• Overseeing room inventory and guest flow to maximise both guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes
• Coordinating responses to operational incidents and emergency situations with professionalism and composure
• Ensuring presentation, service delivery and operational standards consistently reflect the expectations of a world‑class luxury destination

You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a luxury hotel, premium hospitality environment or integrated resort
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating moments that exceed expectations
• Proven business acumen and the ability to balance guest satisfaction with operational performance
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills
• Confidence managing complex guest situations with professionalism, empathy and discretion
• The ability to lead calmly and decisively in a dynamic, high‑profile environment
• Experience working with hotel management systems, ideally Opera PMS
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
