Job summary

Swissôtel Sydney, a luxury five-star hotel in the heart of Sydney, invites a Front Office Superstar to join our high-performing Front Office team as a Full-Time Guest Service Agent All Rounder. You will deliver warm, responsive and luxury service to our guests, ensuring memorable stays and seamless arrivals and departures.

Key requirements include excellent communication, hospitality passion, flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, and experience in a luxury front office.

Qualifications

• Previous front office experience in luxury hotel preferred.
• Full-time work rights in Australia.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with prompt, courteous check-in and check-out.
• Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences.
• Ensuring timely delivery of guest amenities and guest safety.
• Handling phone calls and email inquiries for in-house and external guests.
• Coordinating with Food & Beverage and housekeeping for guest movements and activities.
• Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and handling complaints professionally.
