W Sydney is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily hospitality operations on the floor, uphold sanitation standards and assist talent during peak service periods.

The role focuses on delivering luxury guest experiences, identifying training needs, and driving team performance while coordinating inventories and stock. This on-site position requires strong leadership and exceptional guest relations skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in daily supervision of hospitality operations.

• Ability to train and mentor talent during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor guest hospitality and uphold brand standards.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans.
• Foster a positive team culture to boost performance.
• Communicate effectively to enable peak performance.
• Coordinate teams to meet guest needs and expectations.
• Complete scheduled inventories and stock requisitions.
• Welcome guests per standards and assist guests with disabilities.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest well-being.
• Submit work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects.
