Capella Sydney seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to uphold Forbes standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team and collaborate with culinary and service colleagues to ensure flawless dining.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality qualification, experience in a similar role, strong English communication, and must be available for a rotating 7-day roster. Australian working rights are required.

Formación

• General Education Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with restaurant systems such as Symphony or Seven Rooms.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong guest relations.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Available to work on a rotating roster across a 7-day operation.
• Valid working rights in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold Forbes standards with attention to detail, intuitive service, and genuine hospitality.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and presentation reflecting luxury.
• Lead and inspire a team to provide an elevated guest experience from warm welcomes to personalised touches.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure an exceptional and consistent dining experience.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Greet and welcome guests, manage dining reservations and seating assignments.
• Be the champion in menu knowledge and provide stellar recommendations and pairings.
• Analyse guest feedback and provide strategic direction to improve overall rating.
• Mentor and guide team growth and manage short- to long-term goals for welfare.
• Conduct pre-service shift briefings when needed and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed.
