Job summary

Chopard in Sydney seeks a Marketing & Communication Manager to lead strategy and execution of events and client experiences, strengthening relationships with VIP clients through regional events, client events and presentations, in-store events and partnerships.

You will coordinate attendance lists, travel details and the Client Experience Roadmap, partnering with Retail Leaders to entertain VIP clients internationally and to develop in-store activation calendars.

Qualifications

• 4 years' luxury retail experience required.
• Diploma holder or above required.
• Excellent customer relations management skill with solid client base.
• Sound knowledge in Watch & Jewelry industry is an asset.
• Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills.
• Sales-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Strong business sense of retail service, passion in retail operations.
• Good knowledge of computer applications, specifically Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Local Coordination for International High Jewellery Events: Coordinate client attendance lists, Client Advisors, and travel details.
• Lead & Execute In Store Activations and Client Experience: Focus on Clienteling Experience and in-store activation calendar creation.
• Client Gifting & Hospitality Management: Support Retail teams to utilise client gifting guidelines and hospitality opportunities.
