• Maximize profit while controlling costs and discounts.
• Lead store operations, visuals, and merchandising adherence.
• Organize VIP events and private viewings in region.
• Coach and develop boutique team; manage schedules and conflicts.
• Ensure excellence in client welcoming, servicing, and CRM activities.
• Oversee stocktaking, stock replenishments, and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with HQ on retail guidelines and training.
