NAC Media Group, Sydney-based agency, is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead strategy and delivery across a portfolio of luxury fashion and lifestyle brands, including Dior, Saint Laurent, BOSS and Australian Fashion Week. You will translate client objectives into integrated programs across media, social, influencers and culture, strengthening client partnerships through strategic counsel.

Qualifications

• Established Senior Account Manager (or equivalent) with minimum 6+ years experience in PR agency or in-house comms.
• Experience in fashion, luxury lifestyle or premium consumer brands.

Responsabilités

• Manage senior day-to-day client relationships, acting as trusted advisor and delivering exceptional client service.
• Develop and lead integrated communications strategies from planning through to implementation and reporting.
• Lead influencer marketing, KOL and ambassador programs from talent selection to content and results.
• Drive media relations across print, digital and broadcast to secure coverage reflecting brand positioning.
• Identify opportunities to connect brands with relevant cultural moments across fashion, sport, art, food and lifestyle.
• Oversee campaign timelines, budgets and reporting, using insights for future strategy.
• Support delivery of brand activations and events; mentor junior team members.
