Chanel is recruiting a Fashion Advisor for our Market Street Fashion Boutique in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering a luxurious, client-centric experience, building lasting relationships, and representing the brand with professionalism and sophistication.

You will maintain boutique standards, stay informed on products, and leverage clienteling to grow the client base while contributing to sales targets in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented attitude and a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and support.
• Proven teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals and objectives.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development, staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

• Basic knowledge and proficiency in using systems, devices (iPad, iPhone) and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and after-sales service to clients, contributing to the boutique's sales targets and budgets.
• Maintaining a high level of product and fashion industry knowledge to provide personalized advice and consultation to clients.
• Developing and managing your own client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new client opportunities.
• Collaborating with Boutique Leadership to share client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product offerings and service standards.
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of merchandise, following standard operational procedures, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines to prevent losses or damages.
