Capella Sydney, housed in a heritage building in Sydney, invites you to join as an Event Sales Specialist. You will deliver exceptional service to corporate event clients, crafting proposals and contracts that cover venues, menus and accommodation.

You will liaise with clients and internal teams to align objectives, develop strategies to win new business, and ensure flawless event execution with chefs, suppliers and venues.

Qualifikationen

• 2-year experience in event sales/co-ordination in luxury hotels or hospitality.
• Experience driving sales through proposals and contracts.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales by preparing accurate proposals and contracts for venues, menus and accommodation.
• Follow Capella Events Standards while preparing proposals, contracts and internal confirmations.
• Liaise with clients to understand needs and objectives.
• Develop strategies to drive new business into Capella Sydney and Capella Lands.
• Coordinate with Chefs, Suppliers and venue teams to align event elements.
• Manage event timelines, floor plans and catering logistics.
• Provide admin support to the team and maintain client relationships.
