Accor’s Q Station venue in Sydney's Harbour offers an Events Executive or Events Coordinator role with responsibilities spanning client relationships, event sales and seamless delivery across conferences, weddings and social celebrations. You will coordinate from enquiry to handover, working closely with sales and internal teams to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Depending on experience, you may lead the full sales cycle or focus on exceptional event coordination and client communications,

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating events, conferences, weddings or functions.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate conferences, special events, and social celebrations from enquiry through to operational handover.
• Maintain accurate event details, client communication, and documentation throughout the planning process.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful event delivery.
• Prepare event documentation including proposals, function details, and client communications.
• Conduct site inspections and support clients in understanding Q Station’s spaces and experiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure event information is current and complete.
• Attend BEO meetings and contribute to internal event planning discussions.
• Support client retention through professional communication, attention to detail and post-event follow-up.
