Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a Concierge to welcome guests, offer personalized recommendations, and coordinate reservations and transportation to ensure a luxurious stay. You will act as a trusted source of local knowledge, delivering silent-service excellence and proactive assistance in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge experience in a five-star hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Professional presentation and polished demeanor.
• Excellent guest services and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and efficient multitasking.
• Extensive knowledge of Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Ability to obtain valid visa to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and serve as the reference point for assistance.
• Understand guests' needs and offer personalized activity and venue options.
• Provide maps, directions and information about local attractions.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel premises and nearby venues for recommendations.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
