OMEGA in Sydney seeks a Client Advisor to deliver a boutique experience befitting a globally celebrated brand. You will build lasting client relationships, share the stories behind our iconic collections, and create exceptional customer experiences that endure.

Two permanent part-time roles exist with weekend availability required, offering 25 or 32 hours per week. You will contribute to sales targets, manage VIP contacts, and maintain impeccable boutique presentation and knowledge of our

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury retail or premium client environment.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Build genuine relationships with clients and deliver world-class service.
• Contribute to boutique sales targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Support growth of the client and VIP database with personalized follow-up.
• Develop understanding of OMEGA's heritage, collections and expertise.
• Maintain premium boutique presentation reflecting luxury positioning.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock counts and inventory processes.
• Organize boutique resources, packaging, warranties and manuals.
• Participate in ongoing training and product education.
