Job summary

OMEGA in Sydney seeks a Client Advisor to deliver a boutique experience befitting a globally celebrated brand. You will build lasting client relationships, share the stories behind our iconic collections, and create exceptional customer experiences that endure.

Two permanent part-time roles exist with weekend availability required, offering 25 or 32 hours per week. You will contribute to sales targets, manage VIP contacts, and maintain impeccable boutique presentation and knowledge of our

• Organize boutique resources, packaging, warranties and manuals.

The Opportunity

As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of OMEGA, delivering an exceptional boutique experience that reflects the prestige of our brand. More than a sales role, this is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, share the stories behind our iconic collections, and create exceptional customer experiences that stand the test of time.

We have two permanent part time position available. Weekend availability is required

• 25 hours per week
• 32 hours per week

• Assist with visual merchandising, stock presentation, and boutique operations, including stock counts and supporting inventory management processes
• Organise and maintain boutique resources, including product packaging, warranties, instruction manuals, and visual merchandising materials
• Participate in ongoing training programs and product education to continuously enhance your knowledge and performance

About you

You are passionate about the OMEGA brand and naturally excel at creating memorable interactions and building lasting relationships. You understand that true luxury is in the detail, and you take pride in delivering a tailored service that is as unique as each customer. Your skills and experience will include:

• Previous experience within luxury retail, luxury fashion, jewellery, watches, or a client focused premium environment
• An ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for presentation
• You have initiative, energy, and enthusiasm, with flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and peak trade periods
• Experience, knowledge or a passion for luxury watches is highly regarded
