Swatch Group is seeking a full-time Client Advisor in Western Australia to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales within the boutique. You will support management in achieving sales targets and be responsible for maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality, particularly in the luxury sector. Possible perks include generous employee discounts, referral programs, and access to professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality experience in the luxury sector preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills required.
• Luxury watch industry knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.

• Develop and maintain the client and VIP database.
• Perform daily security stock counts.
• Ensure the boutique is clean and maintained.
