Job summary

TAG Heuer, part of LVMH Watch & Jewellery, seeks a Client Advisor in Chatswood to drive boutique sales and build lasting client relationships. You will deliver memorable experiences, coordinate with the team, and embody the brand DNA while supporting store operations.

You will engage customers, leverage digital tools, and contribute to a positive retail environment, where excellence and inclusivity are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of luxury retail environment (minimum 2 year-experience).
• Knowledge / passion for watches and sports trends.
• Fluent in English and local language; additional language a plus.
• Selling steps: discovery, presentation, upselling, handling objections, closing.
• Understanding of sales KPIs: traffic, conversion, ASP and mix.
• Knowledge of Client and Clienteling KPIs and digital tools.
• Familiarity with Brand DNA, history and collections; front/back tools.
• Knowledge of Brand Retail Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Play a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives via personal KPIs.
• Support colleagues and other team members in the boutique.
• Maintain omnichannel focus to ensure a seamless client experience across touchpoints.
• Propose ideas to develop sales through merchandising, events, and product mix.
• Act as Brand Ambassador at events and embody TAG Heuer DNA.
• Coordinate Aftersales operations until the watch returns.
• Ensure grooming, attitudes, visual merchandising, and store presentation guidelines.
