Job summary

Longines Australia is seeking a part-time Client Advisor at Market St to deliver personalised luxury service. You will share product knowledge, nurture client relationships and help the boutique achieve its sales targets while upholding the brand’s heritage of elegance.

Responsibilities include driving client loyalty, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and participating in training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches or a client-focused premium environment.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed client expectations.
• Strong sales acumen with a passion for achieving results.
• Genuine appreciation for the Longines brand, heritage and values, with commitment to product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience reflecting the Longines brand.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and develop long-term customer loyalty.
• Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.
• Support the Boutique Management in daily operations.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and ensure the boutique environment reflects brand prestige.
• Assist with boutique presentation, maintenance, stock count and replenishment.
• Develop and nurture the client database through proactive engagement and follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing product, brand and sales training programs.
• Be available to work minimum 15 hours per week including weekend availability and late-night trading as required.
