Sydney CBD boutique is seeking an exceptional Client Advisor for a globally recognised Swiss luxury maison. You will build genuine relationships with a high net worth clientele, delivering personalised service, expert product knowledge, and a seamless luxury experience.

You will own your client book, participate in store events, manage CRM data, and contribute to stock and merchandising. A minimum of three years in luxury retail focusing on watches or fine jewellery is required, with fluency in

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail with a genuine background in timepieces, fine jewellery, or high value luxury products.
Deep passion for jewellery and watches; able to speak about horology and gemology with authority.
Proven ability to build and develop a loyal client book and engage high net worth clientele.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with a high net worth and VIP client base through exceptional clienteling and personalised engagement.
Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Apply expert product knowledge to guide clients through complex purchase decisions with authenticity and warmth.
