DFP Recruitment seeks a Client Advisor for a globally recognised luxury jewellery and watch brand in Sydney CBD. You will deliver a boutique-style experience across phone, email, live chat and social media, guiding product choices and coordinating after-sales support.

Ideal candidates have luxury or premium retail experience, strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset, with flexibility for rostered shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail, client services, customer care, contact centres or e-commerce, ideally supporting a high-end brand.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to personalise your approach.
• A customer service mindset and confidence working towards sales goals.
• Patience, sound judgement and ownership when resolving enquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence navigating multiple systems.
• An interest in luxury goods, craftsmanship and brand heritage.
• Fluent English; Mandarin language skills are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalised service across telephone, email, live chat and social media.
• Understand each client’s needs, occasion and preferences to guide relevant product recommendations.
• Facilitate online and telephone purchases and contribute to sales targets.
• Respond to brand, product and service enquiries with warmth, professionalism and accuracy.
• Coordinate repairs and after-sales requests with the Client Service team.
• Maintain accurate client records while following privacy and data security requirements.
• Share client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the service experience.
