Job summary

Cartier Australia in Perth is seeking experienced Sales Associates to join our luxury boutique on a fixed-term contract (6 or 12 months). You will be an ambassador of the Maison, delivering exceptional service and guiding clients through their journey with personalized advice.

You will achieve boutique goals through consultative selling, develop client relationships, manage CRM actions, and ensure impeccable stock and presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and service excellence.
• Fluent in English; second language is advantageous.
• Product knowledge and storytelling to engage clients.
• Time management and multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with Cartier service standards.
• Achieve and exceed boutique sales objectives through consultative selling and product knowledge.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio; execute targeted CRM actions for repeat business.
• Represent Cartier as an ambassador at events and activations; ensure stock accuracy and boutique presentation.
