Cartier in Sydney's flagship boutique seeks an experienced Sales Associate in a part-time capacity. You will be an ambassador of the Maison, delivering exceptional service and guiding clients through the journey with deep product knowledge.

As a Sales Associate, you will build lasting client relationships, achieve boutique sales goals through consultative selling, and participate in events and client activations while upholding the highest standards of service and boutique presentation.

Qualificações

• Strong selling skills and an innate sense of service excellence.
• Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.
• Product knowledge and genuine curiosity to engage clients and share Cartier's story.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with Cartier’s service standards.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives through consultative selling.
• Identify and convert clientelling opportunities by scheduling appointments and building client profiles.
• Cultivate lasting client relationships and loyalty to the Maison.
• Grow and manage your client portfolio to maximise engagement and sales potential.
• Execute targeted CRM actions to strengthen client connections and drive repeat business.
• Represent Cartier as an Ambassador during client events and activations.
• Maintain impeccable stock presentation and participate in inventory processes.
