Job summary

Swissôtel Sydney is seeking a Guest Service Agent All Rounder to deliver warm, luxury service at the hotel’s Front Office. You will handle check-in/out, assist guests, and coordinate with departments to create memorable experiences in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Experience in a luxury Front Office and familiarity with Opera/Opera Cloud are highly valued. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays is essential to fit varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience within a luxury environment is desirable.
• Previous experience with Opera or Opera Cloud is favourable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, courteous and efficient check-in and check-out.
• Assist guests with requests and create memorable experiences.
• Ensure timely delivery of guest amenities and safeguard guests' possessions.
• Answer calls and emails from in-house and external guests.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and Housekeeping for guest movements and activities.
• Meet and exceed guest expectations and handle complaints promptly.
