Job summary

Pacific National in North Sydney is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 6-month contract to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

You will support end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate roles, coordinate activities, and help deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years recruitment experience, strong admin and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in agency, RPO or internal recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including job advertising, screening, interview scheduling and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive outcomes.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assist with talent attraction initiatives and talent pooling.
