Job summary

AECI Australia is seeking a full-time Transport and Operations Allocator to join our Supply Chain team. Based at Rockhampton or Brisbane CBD, you will coordinate and optimise fleet movements to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

You will schedule daily deliveries, manage logistics planning, liaise with drivers and suppliers, and input data in Arrowtail and SAP, on a Monday–Friday roster with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport operations, logistics coordination or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication with drivers, customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule day-to-day deliveries to meet production schedules.
• Plan and coordinate all logistics movements and optimise transport planning.
• Maintain delivery schedules in relevant systems (Arrowtail and SAP).
• Liaise with drivers to resolve transport or routing issues and monitor KPI reporting.
• Provide end-of-month support and monitor transport carrier performance.
