Job summary

You will work with transport systems, monitor performance, and resolve day-to-day allocation issues to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires flexibility with a rotating roster and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transport or logistics.
• Strong capability to learn and use operational platforms and digital tools.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with a strong service mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery schedules, vehicle requirements and route planning using transport systems.
• Monitor delivery performance and real-time allocation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve day-to-day allocation issues to minimize disruptions.
• Support customer experience by meeting or exceeding delivery commitments.
• Ensure allocations adhere to safety standards and COR principles.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain records of schedules and operational metrics.
