Job summary

Qube Holdings in Carrington, NSW, is seeking a Fleet Allocator to coordinate daily transport movements, monitor schedules and maximise fleet utilisation. You will work closely with drivers, customers and operations teams to deliver reliable service.

The role requires strong organisation, time management, excellent communication and experience with transport management systems. You’ll contribute to safety, compliance, and efficient freight movement in Australia’s largest integrated logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in transport allocation or fleet scheduling.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Sound computer skills and experience with transport management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate daily transport movements to meet requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time freight movements.
• Maximise fleet utilisation and driver efficiency.
• Liaise with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Track vehicle, trailer and equipment movements across the network.
• Maintain transport records and updates in the TMS.
• Provide drivers with job information and operational support.
• Ensure activities meet safety, policies and compliance obligations.
