Job summary

Wymap Group in Eagle Farm, QLD is seeking a Customer Service / Allocator & Rostering Agent to join our on-site team.

The role coordinates daily rosters and driver allocations, manages delivery schedules, communicates with drivers, warehouse teams and customers, and ensures CoR and WHS compliance.

The shift is 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for early starts or late finishes and opportunities within aviation and logistics.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 3 years in customer service, allocation, rostering, or administration within transport or logistics.
• Experience coordinating driver allocations and rostering is preferred.
• Proficient with rostering software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver and vehicle allocations and maintain accurate rosters.
• Manage daily delivery schedules and adjust for delays or urgent requests.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, warehouse staff and customers to ensure coordination.
• Monitor driver hours, fatigue and breaks to meet CoR and HVNL requirements.
• Record and analyse operational performance, delivery times and resource utilisation.
• Support compliance and reporting aligned with WHS, CoR and company policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a team-based culture.
• Perform ad-hoc operational support with customers (HR / HC Truck duties).
