Job summary

ANC Delivers is seeking a motivated Transport Allocator in Brisbane Airport, QLD to optimally allocate transport resources and plan routes using transport systems. The role supports Delivery Professionals to ensure timely deliveries, working within a rotating roster that includes weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in transport or logistics, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams while prioritising safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transport or logistics
• Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a rotating roster including weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily schedule of deliveries, vehicle requirements, and route planning using transport systems.
• Monitor delivery performance and allocate resources in real time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle day-of-delivery issues to minimize disruptions.
• Support customer experience by meeting delivery expectations.
• Ensure allocations comply with COR and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules and operational metrics.
