Job summary

Booth Transport Pty Ltd in Brisbane’s Acacia Ridge is seeking a Transport Scheduler to join our operations team. The role focuses on planning resources, fleet allocation and coordinating transport movements daily.

You will coordinate fleet across road, rail and wharf services, prepare transport documentation, and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders while using our Transport Management System. Immediate start negotiable to experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport and supply chain is required.
• Reliable, flexible and team oriented.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Day to day operations of our fleet.
• Timely and effective scheduling with clear communications.
• Maintenance planning and coordination with the workshop team.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Preparation of transport documentation & paperwork.
• Safety focused leadership.
• Job management in our Transport Management System (TMS).
• Assisting other team members and departments as required.
