Job summary

Centurion is seeking a proactive Projects Administrator to join our Richlands depot. This role combines project coordination, financial administration and Heavy Haulage operational support in a dynamic transport and logistics environment.

Working with Project Managers and the Operations team, you’ll help keep projects and daily operations running smoothly through accurate documentation, customer service and compliance. Experience in transport/logistics is valued.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented administrator with the ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to meet competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, databases and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, milestones and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, registers and records.
• Process customer and supplier invoices; assist budgeting and cost tracking.
• Maintain the Heavy Haulage portal with job details, pricing and costing.
• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Heavy Haulage operations with admin tasks and coordination.
• Assist with transport, equipment and resource bookings and project documentation.
• Support Project Managers with risk monitoring, issue resolution and changes.
• Ensure CoR compliance and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Complete general administration and ad hoc duties for Projects and Operations.
