Job summary

Centurion is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join the Business Development Team at the Richlands depot. You will coordinate internal sales activities, respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotes, and support the development of sales proposals and bid documentation.

This fast-paced role requires strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to work across multiple priorities. Experience in logistics is valued but not essential, with opportunities for growth and

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer enquiries and prepare accurate quotes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
• Liaise with internal Operations teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Coordinate and compile sales responses, proposals and bid documentation.
• Support the Business Development Team with sales and tender activities.
• Review documentation to ensure accuracy and all requirements are met.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver work within tight deadlines.
