Centurion is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator at the Richlands depot to support our Business Development Team in managing inquiries, quotes, and bid documentation. The role emphasizes relationship-building, organisation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will coordinate internal sales activities, respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotes, and support proposals and tender activities, working closely with our Business Development and Operations

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Confident working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
• Willing to learn and develop within the role.
• Logistics industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high volume of customer enquiries and prepare accurate quotes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
• Liaise with internal Operations teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Coordinate and compile sales responses, proposals and bid documentation.
• Support the Business Development Team with sales and tender activities.
• Review documentation to ensure accuracy and all requirements are met.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver work within tight deadlines.
