Job summary

Linfox Pty Ltd in Chullora NSW is seeking an Operations Processing Coordinator to join our Intermodal team. You will process driver run sheets on Kronos, upload PODs, and handle weekly driver payments along with other admin tasks. The role is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday from 9am, with opportunities for development within a high-performing transport environment.

Candidates with transport operations experience, knowledge of Kronos, Blue Yonder, SAP and MS Excel are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a transport operations role.
• Strong understanding of the transport industry.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe service.
• Experience with Kronos, SAP and MS Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, PODs and compliance.
• Provide administrative support to Operations/Admin/Support teams daily.
• Utilise Kronos to process driver hours for payment.
• Organise and liaise with carriers managing loads via sea.
