Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding or supply chain admin.
• Understanding of transport operations and delivery scheduling in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to process large volumes of data and documentation accurately.
• High attention to detail and accuracy across transport records and reporting.
• Organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with customers, drivers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience using transport management systems (TMS) or freight platforms.

Responsabilités

• Prepare freight manifests, dispatch paperwork, delivery documentation and driver run sheets.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, carriers and warehouse teams to manage deliveries and resolve issues.
• Manage order processing, delivery bookings and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and data within transport management systems.
• Assist with pallet control, invoice reconciliation and transport administration activities.
