Gibson Freight is seeking an Import Sea-Freight Operations Co-Ordinator to join our Melbourne team. You will manage Import sea-freight movements, including pre-alerts, cargo reporting, and timely customer communication within a close-knit team.

We value hands-on operators with 1–4 years of related experience, capable of self-management and proactive problem solving in a dynamic freight environment. Local Melbourne base, supportive workplace, growth opportunities await.

Formación

• Experience in international freight forwarding or Logistics operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Process Import sea-freight movements for LCL, FCL, BCN and FAK shipments.
• Track cargo and maintain data quality across systems; communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain customer relationships with proactive phone and email support.
• Coordinate with vendors and colleagues to meet SOP requirements.
• Handle cost and revenue data preparation for Customs team.
