Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a versatile administrator with warehouse experience to join our busy transport network in New South Wales. The role blends office duties with hands-on freight handling to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate administration across the network.

You will balance data entry, reporting, email management and systems updates with practical tasks like inventory checks, palletising freight and coordinating depot collections.

Qualifications

• Experience performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage data entry, reporting and spreadsheet work accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pallet Watch (stocktake) activities and manage ULD inventory.
• Investigate damaged freight and arrange repacking where required.
• Manage Salesforce redelivery requests and customer service enquiries.
• Complete bookings and administration tasks.
• Perform RF scanning and freight tracking activities.
• Palletise freight and support warehouse operations.
• Verify and correct freight address information.
• Coordinate and process depot collections.
• Perform general administrative duties including email, data entry, reporting and internal system updates.
• Support operational requirements and ad hoc tasks as directed by leadership.
