Job summary

Antap International Pty Ltd in Parramatta is seeking a Logistics & Documentation Officer focused on consolidation shipments to join our growing Australian-owned team. You will manage end-to-end export shipments from Australia and New Zealand, prepare documents, liaise with suppliers and customers, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase and sales orders for air freight and consolidation shipments.
• Coordinate outbound shipments from Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage end-to-end shipment processes and documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate, CO, Bill of Lading).
• Serve as the main contact for export logistics enquiries.
• Monitor forecasts and schedules to meet customer commitments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Logistics & Documentation Officer focusing on the consolidation shipments to work in our Parramatta Office. joy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm. Reporting to the Operations Manager your key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following:

• Create Purchase and Sales Orders for air freight, LCL and consolidation shipments
• Coordinate outbound shipments from Australia and New Zealand
• Coordinate end-to-end outbound shipment from Australia and New Zealand, including bookings, transport and documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading)
• Acting as the key contact for export logistics enquiries, proactively managing shipment issues, risks and service disruptions.
• Monitoring export forecasts, inventory availability and shipment schedules to ensure customer commitments are achieved.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 3-5 experience in export logistics, international freight, supply chain or a similar operational logistics role.
• Strong understanding of export documentation, customs requirements and international transportation processes.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Previously worked with BSM (Buy Sell Move) system (desirable).
• Effective communicator and strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient understanding of planning, customer service, and cross-functional supply chain processes
• High level of attention to detail, accountability, initiative and self-motivation to drive operational outcomes.
