Job summary

Good Food Exports Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate customer export orders, liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of shipments across international markets.

The role requires at least 3 years in export coordination or logistics, strong communication with international partners, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Processing and coordinating customer export orders.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Coordinating airfreight and sea freight shipments.
• Preparing and checking export and shipping documentation.
• Monitoring shipment timelines and delivery schedules.
• Coordinating stock availability and supplier lead times.
• Managing customer and supplier correspondence relating to orders.
• Ensuring all required export documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintaining accurate internal records and updating company systems.
• Following up outstanding documentation, bookings and shipment requirements.
• Assisting with pricing, order administration and general export-related duties.
• Working closely with the Business Manager and wider operations team.

Key Responsibilities
