Job summary

Antap International Pty Ltd in Parramatta is seeking a Logistics & Documentation Officer focused on consolidation shipments to join our growing Australian-owned team. You will manage end-to-end export shipments from Australia and New Zealand, prepare documents, liaise with suppliers and customers, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years in export logistics or international freight.
Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with BSM is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Create purchase and sales orders for air freight and consolidation shipments.
Coordinate outbound shipments from Australia and New Zealand.
Manage end-to-end shipment processes and documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate, CO, Bill of Lading).
Serve as the main contact for export logistics enquiries.
Monitor forecasts and schedules to meet customer commitments.
