Job summary

Elements Recruitment Pty partners with a growing Australian-owned international trading and export business in Parramatta to hire an Export Logistics & Documentation Specialist. You will own the export process from order creation through to final delivery.

You'll coordinate international shipments across air and sea freight, manage supplier relationships, prepare documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, B/L), and resolve logistics challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing international export shipments end-to-end (meat/protein/frozen/perishable preferred).
• Strong export documentation knowledge (invoices, packing lists, certificates).
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export shipments across air freight, sea freight and consolidation movements.
• Prepare and manage export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading).
• Manage purchase orders and sales orders; liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL.
• Monitor shipment schedules, inventory availability and customer commitments.
• Resolve operational issues, delays and supply chain challenges.
• Review supplier and freight invoices; maintain shipment visibility.

Are you currently working in meat, protein, chilled, frozen or perishable exports and ready to take ownership of the entire export process?

We're partnering with a growing Australian-owned international trading and export business that supplies food and grocery products across global markets. As the business continues to expand, they are looking to add two experienced Export Logistics & Documentation Specialists to their high-performing team.

The Role

Working closely with suppliers, customers, freight providers and internal stakeholders, you'll manage international shipments from order creation through to final delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating end-to-end export shipments across air freight, sea freight, LCL and consolidation movements
• Preparing and managing export documentation including:
  • Commercial Invoices
  • Packing Lists
  • Health Certificates
  • Certificates of Origin
  • Bills of Lading
• Managing purchase orders and sales orders
• Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and 3PL providers
• Monitoring shipment schedules, inventory availability and customer commitments
• Resolving operational issues, delays and supply chain challenges
• Reviewing supplier and freight invoices
• Maintaining reporting and shipment visibility across the supply chain

About You

We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked within:

• Meat and protein exports
• Frozen food exports
• Chilled and perishable products
• Seafood exports
• Food manufacturing or food trading businesses
• Temperature-controlled supply chains

You’ll also bring:

• Experience managing international export shipments end-to-end
• Strong export documentation knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• A proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-moving environment

Meat industry experience is highly prized and will be viewed very favourably.

Candidates from frozen, chilled, seafood and broader perishable export environments are also strongly encouraged to apply.

This is not a pure freight forwarding role.
