Job summary

Nayler Executive in Brisbane is seeking a capable dispatch/customer service professional to join its well-established manufacturing operation. You will process customer orders, coordinate with production and depots, and ensure the safe transport and timely delivery of goods using the company’s ERP system.

The ideal candidate has outbound logistics experience, strong data entry and phone skills, and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch or outbound logistics within manufacturing or transport distribution.
• Experience coordinating loads with drivers and understanding chain of responsibility and regulations.
• Strong phone skills, order taking and data entry.
• Numerate with high attention to detail.
• High level of customer service and problem solving.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication with customers (internal and external).
• Excellent organization and the ability to meet deadlines; patient and flexible.
• IT literate with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central or similar.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer orders (phone and email).
• Process orders in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics BC).
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Depots for fulfilment.
• Liaise with Transport Carrier and Drivers for timely delivery.
• Monitor and report pallet movement.
• Provide customer service and problem solving across the business.
• Handle dispatch-related records and documentation.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement programs.
