BetaBoard is seeking an organised Dispatch Coordinator in Brisbane to keep our deliveries running smoothly and keep customers informed.

You’ll coordinate daily dispatch schedules, manage orders with care, and work with operations, customers and suppliers to prioritise loads and respond to changes through the day. This role requires accuracy, calm under pressure and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics or transport coordination.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confident in documenting orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
• Organise receipt and movement of materials.
• Maximise load utilisation for efficient deliveries.
• Liaise with teams, customers and suppliers to communicate priorities.
• Record orders and dispatch information in the sales system.
• Prepare daily job sheets and finalise documentation.
• Support safe dispatch practices and safety policies.
• Identify improvements to scheduling and delivery performance.
