SIFA LOGISTICS is seeking a Customer Service Operator to manage the operational and administrative aspects of customer shipments. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with carriers and warehouses, and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in freight forwarding, are bilingual in English and French, and possess strong organisational, communication, and computer skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Bilingual French and English preferred.
• Australian permanent residents or Australian/New Zealand citizens preferred; visa sponsorship possible.
• Experience handling shipments and documentation.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Monitor shipments and deliveries.
• Coordinate operations with carriers, warehouses and internal teams.
• Arrange collection and delivery of goods.
• Prepare and verify transport and delivery documentation.
• Update customer records in CargoWise.
• Keep customers informed of delivery timeframes and delays.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Monitor invoicing and operational charges.
