Qualifikationen

• Experience in Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service principles.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Answer inbound calls resolving customer issues, delivery times, quotes, and general enquiries.
• Maintain internal email mailbox.
• Enter orders in SAP.
