Job summary

Sika Australia is seeking a customer service professional to respond to inbound calls, manage inquiries and quotes, and support Sales and Logistics teams from Brisbane. The role requires strong service principles, excellent communication, and attention to detail.

You will maintain email, enter SAP orders, and assist with invoices/credits, contributing to a positive customer experience and efficient operations. Applicants must have valid AU working rights and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls to resolve customer issues, delivery times, quotes, and general product information.
• Maintain internal email mailbox.
• Enter orders on SAP.
• Process invoices and credits.
• Handle customer support and enquiries.
• Coordinate with freight providers for delivery.
• Support Sales and Logistics teams.
