Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in logistics, transport coordination or scheduling.
• Certificate or tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating deliveries within manufacturing, industrial or transport environments.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate bulk polymer tank deliveries to customer sites across Australia.
• Manage daily transport requirements and optimize delivery routes and vehicle utilisation.
• Balance customer delivery requirements with production schedules and transport availability.
• Allocate drivers to loads and complete permits for electricity authorities by planning routes efficiently as required.
• Coordinate delivery priorities in line with customer demands and operational requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively address delays or disruptions.
